The Villa is a  rustic charm and makes you feel like your in Italy. Its very authentic and the interior gives you a sense of being back in time. The energy is somewhat mystical and gracious....situated on 2 acres it's hard not to fall in love with this place.  La Chateau is modern with a high energy city feel.  It is situated at the top of Hollywood Hills and has one of the best panaramic views all around all the way to Catalina.  The views are amazing especially at night with all the lights glimmering in its essence.  Both locations are available for film,  commercial, photo, music, documentary, reality, events, & family vacations!
